Lie Symmetry Analysis of Seventh Order Caudrey-Dodd- Gibbon Equation

چکیده

In the present paper, seventh order Caudrey-Dodd-Gibbon (CDG) equation is solved by Lie symmetry analysis. All geometry vector fields of KdV equations are presented. Using transformation CDG reduced into ordinary differential equations. These ODEs power series method to obtain exact solution. The convergence also discussed.

Application of the Variational Iteration Method for Solving the Fifth Order Caudrey-Dodd-Gibbon Equation

In this paper, the variational iteration method (VIM) is applied for solving the fifth order Caudrey-Dodd-Gibbon (CDG) equation. We obtain the approximate solutions without unrealistic nonlinear assumptions , linearization, discretization or the calculation of Adomian's poly-nomials. Numerical results are presented to verify the efficiency of the VIM.
